Experienced Agile Lead (/ Scrum Master)
Understanding Scrum is not tough, but practicing the same will be, so scrum masters need to have deeper knowledge and good scrum work experience. He/she should have ability to coach the team and to make the remote team members work as one team by adopting best agile practices of distributed agile so that the team members can build a great product or application.
Ensure to select wisely based on scrum master experience and to be supported by at-least one agile certification from globally recognized certification companies like Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, LeanKanban University, Scaled Agile, etc. Knowledge on agile practices like Kanban, SAFe, DAD, Nexus, etc will be added advantage for scrum master to work in different types of projects like support, development or large projects with multiple teams.
When in-house member take this role, then member should have agile mindset, he/she don’t overloaded with other responsibilities and should get sufficient training and coaching also achieve certification before they are deployed as scrum masters for distributed teams.
