Distributed Agile Framework

Distributed Agile Framework is an Agile global delivery model focusing on multi-shore project delivery enabling both dispersed and distributed teams to have successful business value delivery.

A distributed team is a group of individuals who work across time, space and organizational boundaries but are linked through well-established loops of communication technology. However, managing distributed teams is a difficult people management process. Therefore, maintaining a healthy workflow among the distributed teams spread across multiple projects is a challenge to the management.

The framework is structured with four important fragments of distributed agile as shown in above picture. Each fragment is detailed in following sections, together helps teams to tear down the walls between them, so that a member in any location can participate in any of the work to be part of distributed agile team.
